Great central location close to the Best of Brevard. Five minutes to Melbourne international airport, and less than 5 minutes to the mall and just about the same to historic downtown Melbourne full of excellent restaurants and lots of great stores. Just a short 10 minutes to beaches (Indialantic) or venture 30 minutes to Cocoa Beach or go south to Sebastian Inlet.

POOL: Fully-screened pool enclosure, with pool loungers, pool toys and additional seating. The pool is not heated.



KITCHEN: Cookware and dishware – very well stocked! Appliances: dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, plus microwave, cookware, dishware & flatware, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, blender and more. Gas BBQ with utensils.

Guest Access:

You will have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party. The pool is very private and the entire back yard and pool area are both fully fenced.

The whole gang can enjoy a beach filled outing, basking in the Florida sunshine of the nearby beaches including, Indialantic (Nance Park), Indian Harbour Beach & Melbourne Beach. You may even catch a glimpse of a Space X launch in Cape Canaveral! Beach chairs and basic gear provided.

Getting Around:

Space Coast Area Transit bus stops to the beaches and other downtown Melbourne areas are two blocks away. The Melbourne International Airport is just a short drive; both Uber and/or Lyft serve Melbourne and surrounding areas.



Other Things to Note:

Please be respectful of the neighbors, this is NOT a party location but there is lots of room to enjoy your stay. Guests have access to the whole home and fenced backyard.

*10pm local noise ordinance. Noise in all outdoor areas must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. This local ordinance is enforced.

Outdoor spaces include dining area, fully fenced back yard. Off-street parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

Pets allowed with prior approval and $125 pet fee. (1 dog, up to 50lbs)

For your safety and security, there are exterior cameras in the front yard/driveway and entrances to the back yard. For your privacy, there are NO cameras inside the home or in the backyard or pool areas.





Liability Waiver:

You understand that swimming in the pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the pool and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming presents to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Hosts.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party. Property managers live nearby and are available anytime.
