Villa Seascapes, a luxury 4-bedroom home with stunning 180° ocean view
This ultra-modern, luxury villa offers unforgettable ocean views and total serenity. All 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets, and offer stunning views of the Atlantic ocean and the island of St Barthelemy in the distance. Surrounded by a lush garden, the property offers total privacy.
Large private lot (1 acre) with a motorized gate and large parking space.
The villa was rebuilt and renovated in 2023 to feature ultra modern design, a new pool and new gardens.
Upstairs: Large terrace overlooking the ocean and the island of St Barth has multiple lounge areas, a dining area and a saltwater infinity pool. Our pool requires minimal chemicals due to being saltwater, and the water feels soft, does not smell as chlorine and does not cause skin and eye irritation. You will be getting a real luxury experience!
Four large bedrooms all have private bathrooms and spacious walk-in closets, as well as view of the ocean.
The villa is located in a gated community with 24 hour security, so you can enjoy safe and peaceful walks in the neighbourhood. We have a security system (camera and alarm), private parking, and a remote gate.
No close neighbors, peace, quiet and privacy are guaranteed.
The villa can accommodate 8 people
