This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is both conveniently located and tucked into a private wooded neighborhood. Relax on the patio or soak in the hot tub to enjoy the outdoor space and rejuvenate. It is within walking distance from the up and coming West Asheville business district boasting dozens of popular restaurants. Less than 3 miles from downtown, Blue Ridge Parkway and many gorgeous trails.

Guest access

A large concrete patio sits between the main house and the apartment on which you'll find the hot tub that you are more than welcome to use anytime. The patio area near the hot tub is equipped with a propane space heater for winter enjoyment. The wooded back yard has a fire pit and sitting area that is always set up with wood for a small recreational bonfire.

Room, hot tub and property were nice and clean. Close to biscuit head which is one of our favorite breakfast spots in Asheville. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay again.

Great property manager

Property manager was very communicative and checked on us several times to make sure we were taken care of. Super soft, confy bed. Manager was super accommodating to our needs.

Nice weekend getaway

Went to Asheville for the weekend and this place had everything we needed. Not huge but perfect for two people. Bedroom was very comfy and nice. Outdoor space was very nice as well and hot tub was nice bonus.

The property outside was very neat and well taken care of. The inside was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. When we ran out of the coffee pods, the host quickly resupplied us with what we needed. The hot tub was clean and pleasant to use. It was an easy walking distance to many restaurants. Overall, we had a great stay.

Perfect!

Our stay was wonderful! It was quiet, relaxing, and serene. All the comforts of home in an enjoyable space. We saw brown bunnies everyday and the hot tub was great to come home too! The host was kind and communicative! We are planning to stay there again when we visit.

Clean, quiet, cozy. Quiet neighborhood. Evening fire & hot tub use was great! Close to many restaurants & stores. Orange Peel for local music concert & downtown life. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Perfectly met our needs!

This place was exactly as described. We were in town moving our daughter into an apartment, so we checked in late. The hot tub was a welcome sight to unwind and relax! The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed staying there for just one night. Conveniently located to nearly anything that one might need.

Peaceful retreat

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of checking in: ease of access, clear instructions, designated parking spot right beside room, quick response time. Hot tub was amazing, clean lovely range of amenities we were allowed to use. It felt nice to have a host that extended trust for their property to be respected but guests. Bed was actually the most comfortable I’ve ever been in during a vrbo stay. I’d like to change my own bedroom to exactly that mattress! Would love to visit again!
