This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is both conveniently located and tucked into a private wooded neighborhood. Relax on the patio or soak in the hot tub to enjoy the outdoor space and rejuvenate. It is within walking distance from the up and coming West Asheville business district boasting dozens of popular restaurants. Less than 3 miles from downtown, Blue Ridge Parkway and many gorgeous trails.

The patio area near the hot tub is equipped with a propane space heater for winter enjoyment. The wooded back yard has a fire pit and sitting area that is always set up with wood for a small recreational bonfire.
