The building, Mantra on Mary has resort-style amenities including 22m heated outdoor lap pool, sauna, gym + BBQ area…
We manage this apartment exclusively, instead of the on-site management.
• Curl up on the plush oversized chaise couch; Enjoy ducted Air-Conditioning & Stream your favourites (Netflix / apps access) on the Smart TV in the lounge + Smart TV in the bedroom
• Connect to the Super-fast WiFi (100Mbps) + setup your Home Office in the private study room
• Cook up a storm in the fully equipped Kitchen with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!
• Dine alfresco &/or enjoy a glass of vino on the Balcony with Views
• There’s also a full laundry with Washing Machine & Dryer + everything you’ll need to keep clean :)
Perfect for singles, couples, small families + professionals, but NOT for parties of any description…
To stress the above point, if you have any intention of having a party or breaking our house rules in anyway, PLEASE do not book our property.
