Temperature & Power Notes - Split-unit air conditioning in each room (individually controlled) - Ceiling fans throughout - Automatic generator as back up power supply during outages - please be conservative with power usage during an outage as a generator is there as a back up supply and doesn't not fully replace grid power. - Cistern-fed water - Important note: During the cool “Christmas Winds” season (Dec–Feb), if you open the doors to enjoy the breeze, please shut off the AC to avoid damaging the units. They can’t keep up with high humidity in the air and will leak water inside the property, damaging furniture and flooring - Hurricane season is August–October, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of a hurricane

Getting Around We recommend getting a rental car as that is the best way to see the most out of St. Thomas but if you prefer taxis, that’s no problem for this location! Pineapple Village is in a great, central location and being at Margaritaville makes it convenient to walk down to the resort to grab a taxi when you need
Nearby by car: Adventure is Just Minutes Away * Red Hook (6-Minute Drive): Bars, restaurants, shopping, and the ferry to St. John, it’s all just a quick trip from your door. * More Beaches, More Fun: Explore nearby gems like Lindquist Beach, Sapphire Beach, and Secret Harbor, all within a short drive. - Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 11 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not. - Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 20 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island.

Island Tings This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.

Fabulous place!
The place was spacious, well stocked, clean, beside the pool, easy parking and within walking distance to dining. The managers responded to requests and communicated very quickly. I highly recommend this property and this management team.

Christmas Escape to the tropics
We had a great week with family enjoying the sunshine. The condo provided us plenty of space for relaxing and privacy. We took advantage of walking the short distance to Coki Beach which is gorgeous, while the beach behind Margarittaville is not. We cooked a prime rib in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Our unit was directly across from the pool and the pool was very nice and relatively empty. I ‘d stay here again anytime!

Graduation trip
I had always told my granddaughter that we would take a trip when she graduated. So, as the time came and we got to searching, this looked like a perfect spot. We wanted a please to accommodate me, her, her mom, her other grandmother and a friend.
It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. So much space for all of us. We all loved it.
The grounds are beautiful, and so well kept.
I would definitely go back!

Girls trip
The condo was really nice. A couple of thoughts….. you shouldn’t say that Coki beach is walkable. If you have kids, chairs and a cooler, it’s too far to walk. Also, it should be mentioned that you need to walk through the second bedroom to get to the third. We were fine but it might not be convenient for couples that don’t know each other all that well.

The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was a short distance from most locations.
What we liked the most was the concierge service that was provided with the property. They helped us get everything from our vehicle rental, snorkel gear, chef service, boat trip and other excursion items. The pool was right outside our door and was well maintained. The property is gated with fulltime security. We were only a few minutes from Coki beach which was very nice. Last if you stay here please check out Picaso's Coffee Bar, they have the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches around!
