The area is very safe and quiet, yet everything you need is within walking distance; The beach, the boardwalk, LCBO, restaurants, shops, fruit/veg markets, butchers, salons, coffee shops & a brand new YMCA (next door). The beach & boardwalk is a gorgeous 15-minute walk south down mature tree lined streets.
Steps to streetcar & 15min walk to Danforth GO - one stop to Union.
