About this property

A beautiful retreat in the heart of the city

Our beautiful home is located in a quiet and scenic cul de sac. There is a large ravine straight across the street and from the sunroom you look out into the garden, which has large trees at the back of the property. It feels a bit like country living in the middle of the city.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and its own balcony overlooking the garden. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub/shower. There is also a separate guest WC with washbasin upstairs.

There is a basement apartment that is rented out and has a separate entrance.

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
