We at BnB Host Management understand that during this time of a Major Disruptive World Event, travel and petrol are an uncertainty.

This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances.

I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.

There would be only two considerations for you:

1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.

2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.

*All bookings are *NOT* confirmed until the Hosts IDV Form process has been completed by the Primary booking guest. This is compulsory.
*As this is in a residential area, please show consideration to the neighbours. Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am.
*FULLY REFUNDABLE DAMAGE SECURITY BOND: $600 will be activated 1 day before your arrival date. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your chosen payment method.
*Please park in the garage at the end of the driveway. If you park in the driveway, you will be blocking neighbours access to their garage.
*We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25 years.
*No Schoolies
*Please treat this home with respect as if it were your own.
*If you use the BBQ, please use the provided BBQ cleaning equipment to leave the BBQ clean for the next guest. If the cleaners have to clean the BBQ after you, there will be an extra $25 fee added onto the cleaning fee.
*The cleaning fee covers a standard clean only. If cleaners are forced to stay longer due to guests lack of care, then BnB Host Management reserve the right to pass those extra costs onto the guest.
*There will be a minimum fine of $200 as a consequence for smoking, partying or bringing in animals.
