Our home has central gas heating. There is also a split system in the loungeroom. There is an outdoor wood fireplace - guest are to BYO Firewood if they wish to use it.



Parking:

One spot under the carport and free street parking.

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.



Amenities:

The home is well equipped with a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine (Vertuo Pods), coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.



Wi-Fi:

High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Our neighbourhood is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the best of Orange. This quiet residential pocket is ideally located just moments from the town centre, offering easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants.



Within a short stroll you’ll find beautiful green spaces like Cook Park and Jaeger Reserve, perfect for a morning walk or relaxed picnic. You’re also close to some of Orange’s best-loved cafés, including Byng Street Local Store just minutes away, along with Anything Grows and Harley & Hem within a 10-minute walk.

Wood - Guests must bring their own wood if they wish to use the outdoor fire.

Pets - Strictly outdoor only, respectfully we ask if pets can remain outside for the comfort of future guests, the backyard is a good size & is secure.

Cot - Port a cot available for guest use, must bring own linen.
