Super clean and comfortable spot stocked with everything we could need, plenty of towels, seasonings for cooking, and even beach chairs. Enjoyed the balcony and access to the pool as well as the central location. Cant beat being across the street from the beach for this price. Would recommend.

Fun Time in Garden City

This condo has everything you need for a great time at the beach. Convenient beach access and easy walking distance to the pier and shops. We got fresh crabs from the great family at Coral Bay Crab Company in Murrells Inlet and enjoyed eating them on the picnic tables on site. The laundry facilities were a great price and clean. The condo itself was very clean, bright and all the beach decorations were fun and upbeat. Definately a great place to stay. Thank you for sharing your Beach Escape!

Overall, it was a good stay. The condo was pretty well stocked and mostly clean, with exception of used/old coffee grounds in the coffee pot. The bathroom is a tight space and it would have been great to have wash cloths. The only ones supplied were the 2 microfiber ones for makeup removal. Communication was the biggest disappointment and frustration. Initially, the communication seemed excellent. We discovered an issue the night we arrived and reached out to the Evolve team the next morning. They responded quickly but directed us to the owner. We stayed 4 nights and NEVER received a response.

Lovely condo...very clean and a perfect location! Our stay was very comfortable! The pool was an added bonus. We will definitely be back...had a wonderful time:)
