Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying fridge, dirty/greasy BBQ.
Spa lid is to be in position and locked for safety. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived otherwise a furniture repositioning charge will apply.
Late departure without previous approval by the owner will incur a fee of 50% of the nightly rate on the day of departure.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
