You will be at the doorstep of the Jawbone Flora and Fauna Reserve, a protected conservation area featuring wetlands, open grasslands, saltmarshes, and mangroves. Level two is the main living area with spacious kitchen, dining area and access to the balcony that offers water views onto the wetlands and Port Phillip Bay. The living area has Leather couches and a large screen TV. There is also a Powder room/toilet on this level.
Level 3 contains the Main Bedroom has queens size bed, quality furniture and loads of storage with full ensuite bathroom. There is also another two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. Ther is also a full bathroom on this level.
