Blenheim House is a magnificent, luxury country retreat with grand views over the whole Hunter Valley: an easy 1.5hr drive north of Sydney, convenient for Newcastle, Hunter Valley wineries & Port Stephens. Filled with beautiful art of John Olsen’s!

Perfectly located for long weekend (or month long) relaxation: play on the pool table, toast marshmallows on the fire pit and enjoy a beautiful day with a glass of vino in your own private library! The garden has several acres to picnic in, play boules or enjoy croquet. Feast on a divine meal using Miele applicances at the estate, fine dine at Morpeth or enjoy fun at Hinton Pub.

Inside is all country chic – modern amenities with vintage collectibles. Original antiques from the estate.

The property is located on a 500 acre cattle farm which has been in the owners family for 150 years. It has a huge beautiful kitchen with loads of space to make a memorable meal.

Guests have full and private access to the entire homestead and its fenced garden.

The accommodation includes:

- Three Living Areas - a huge sociable living room off the kitchen; an adjacent family room for comfortable TV watching; and a private library.

- Dining room - furnished with the antique cedar dining table.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen with Miele appliances, butlers pantry and prep kitchen for fun gatherings

- Study - with 2 x work stations

- 5 Bedrooms with hotel linens (see more detail below)

- Laundry

- Double car garage and ample parking for guests

The bedroom accommodation is as follows:

- The Master Suite has a Queen size bed, sitting area, walk in robe, large ensuite and extensive views
- Bedroom 2 has accommodation for 3 via a triple bunk. This bed has a Queen size bed on the bottom and single on the top. It is perfect for children or a family.
- Bedroom 3 has a double bed and views
- Bedroom 4 enjoys a queen & single bunk
- Bedroom 5 also has a queen bed.

All the bedrooms have built in robes.

The home is furnished to a high country chic standard, design classics blend with vintage antiques, and offers a comfortable and elegant rural getaway for a beautiful retreat!

A Slice of Heaven

We definitely struck gold finding this amazing property in Hinton. Every room was impeccibly decorated, beds super comfortable and the view so tranqil. There was no shortage of luxuries. There is an outdoor sauna overlooking the expansive paddock, a firepit with a built in yarning circle, piano and a full sized pool table. Our teenage children played games of pool followed by sitting around the campfire playing their guitars, which was so heartwarming to see them interact like this rather than sit on their devices. There is also a selection of great reading material in the library lounge area as well as games and puzzles. We are already planning our next visit back. Thank you Penny for letting us stay and for your incredible communication. From enquiry to booking and checking out was seamless.
