Guests can access the apartment through 12 rue de Buci. There is a code which we will disclose once rental has been approved. An elevator will take you to the 3rd floor where the flat is located. Included in the price cleaning once week. Possibility of increasing frequency of cleaning or trustworthy baby sitter at your own cost (EUR15/hour)
The apartment comprises of 3 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The first and second bedroom have a double bed and the third bedroom 2 single beds. There is a large living/dining area with high ceiling and 3 double French windows, a fully equipped separate kitchen. The apartment underwent a full-year renovation in 2017 and is brand new. It is decorated with the utmost care and high-quality furniture. There are 2 flat screen TV's with basic cable TV package. Internet access is through fibre and the fastest there is in Paris. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access.
