3 Bedroom 2 Bath house with private dock in a no wake cove. The house is located at the 12 mile marker in Sunrise Beach. Great location just off a paved road. There are three bedrooms with 2 King beds and one queen. House features a beautiful deck steps from the water and a screen in porch. There is a full kitchen and laundry. Tv in living room. There is a fire pit. Ample parking and easy access. Walking distance to boat rentals. You will not be disappointed.

Overall, good experience and great communication from host

We booked this place for a weekend vacation. I’m assuming with the recent rains, the road was a bit difficult to travel. The driveway was washed out, but even if it hadn’t been, it was way too steep to use. The place was very cute, but had a terrible smell of mustiness and possibly mold. Come to find out, as we stepped on the floor downstairs, water was seeping through the floor boards. Got a hold of the host, and he was very nice and sent us over to another one of his places to stay. We were very grateful. He was not aware of what had been happening at this house. What started out as a nightmare for us became nothing more than a bit of a hiccup. We experienced other minor things, but again, the host accommodated. Thanks again for the stay.

Nice But Needs Work

Property was nice, but not super great. Few things in the house did not work properly. Many of the doors did not close. Looks like new framing, but it either was not installed right or work. Driveway is really hard to drive up and down. But you can park in other spots the property. Outside decking was super slippery when wet. I have to be very cautious. It just felt like things were painted and fixed as cheaply as could done. The doctor was definitely a real plus however.

Comfortable Stay

Loved this house it was very comfortable!! The cove was quiet and we loved swimming off the Dock!! Would definitely stay here again!

Somewhat disappointing

Parking in driveway dangerous when wet conditions. Had to take trash to filling station about 4miles from house. Not certain it was okay to do this. Two of the deck railings were not stable. A least two electrical outlets did not have face plates. Lack of kitchen cooking utensils. Had to go buy even a spatula. No decent can opener.

Quaint and quiet, relaxing

Small, cute, quiet cove and very relaxing. Quick communication and as pictured. A little pricey for the cleaning fee from previous stays at other places, but great place for a quiet weekend!

Can’t wait to come back again!

This was a beautiful home with beautiful scenery. We were right on the lake and we had a great time watching all the wildlife around us. It was clean and cozy, and the owner was quick to answer any questions. The only downfall was the location, definitely off the beaten path of the Ozarks and everything was at least a 20 minute drive away. Even so, we would stay here again!

Plenty of room for a family or 3 couples. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Amazing Experience!

I stayed here with a group of friends for the weekend and we had an awesome time. The location is perfect, very quiet cove with a a great view. We all loved the screened in porch overlooking the cove. We also rented a boat from Ozark Boat Rental (which is just around the cove) and they were amazing too! The private dock made it so easy to load/unload the boat. The house was clean and cozy! Ryan was very responsive and easy to work with. I plan to book here again for all my future lake trips! Thank you, Ryan :)

Thoughts

Loved screened in porch! Loved swimable cove. Kitchen could have used a few more supplies. Coffee cups, utensils, pans, plates and bowls. Dishwasher would have been great. 😊. Overall a great place to stay.
