On the lower level, the open-plan living area flows effortlessly onto a covered terrace complete with comfortable lounge seating and a Weber BBQ. The terrace also offers direct access to the complex's pool, making it perfect for those looking to enjoy outdoor living. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for dining at home, with options for both indoor and outdoor dining.
A separate entertainment room on the lower level features a large-screen TV and an inviting daybed, creating a private space to relax. Additional conveniences include a study area, laundry, and a bathroom on this floor.
Heading upstairs via the timber staircase, you’ll find two generously sized bedrooms with high ceilings, both opening onto a charming balcony overlooking the courtyard and surrounding trees. The master bedroom with TV and workspace, connects to a spacious two-way bathroom featuring a full-sized bathtub, separate shower, and a private toilet.
