Minutes from Grouse Mountain Ski Resort, this garden suite is ideal for an adventurous family or couple who is looking to enjoy the great outdoors while having a relaxing place to call home.

Fully-furnished with a stocked kitchen, a living room with a cozy electric fireplace and smart TV, a private work space, in-suite laundry, bright and airy windows that overlook the forest and garden, and two spacious bedrooms that accommodate up to 6 guests are a few of the delights that this apartment has to offer its guests.

Situated 90 seconds by car from the Grouse Mountain Resort gondola, 10 minutes from Edgemont's shops and cafes, and a stone's throw away from popular North Shore hiking trails such as the Grouse Grind or BCMC, this two bedroom suite is ideal for nature-lovers, outdoor enthusiasts and anyone needing a comfortable place to call home.

The primary bedroom is spacious with ample storage options as well as furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed.

The secondary bedroom has a daybed that can convert to a single or double bed, or simply be used as a relaxation space in the form of a sofa or reading nook. The secondary bedroom also has a queen bed, as well as an office space for anyone needing a private work or study area. The secondary bedroom can be divided in two with the privacy screens that are stored next to the daybed.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our week vacation in Vancouver! The unit itself is in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short 20 minute drive into downtown. Heather was a wonderful host and was very responsive to anything we needed. The unit was spotless when we arrived, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an absolute gem of a location for exploring local parks and being convenient to the city yet far enough away to feel closer to nature! The place was clean and well-stocked! We would absolutely stay again- super kind and friendly host and just an all around perfect vacation rental!

Well appointed unit in beautiful Grouse Woods. Walkable to Grouse Mountain and not far from Capillano. Would go back.

Our stay at Heather and her family's apartment was wonderful. The bedrooms were large and furnished with extremely comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well appointed with every thing you could possibly need. The location was perfect for us, close to hiking trails and just a short drive to Edgemount Village. North Vancouver also provides quick and easy access to hiking trails along the coast on the way towards Whistler. We would definitely stay here again.

This was such a beautiful location. The rooms and beds were so nice and cozy and clean. We had great sleeps in the comfortable beds. My kids, aged 17 and 12, loved the spacious rooms and the living room with all the shows available to them. The hosts were very communicative when we had any questions and they went out of their way to ensure my son could play in the yard and had tennis racquets and balls for us to play down the road. It was a good location from which to hike to do the Grouse Grind and explore the mountain. Highly recommended!

Heather was a wonderful host; sweet, attentive, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. The space is beautiful, clean, and well kept. She even provided us with a microwave when I mentioned needing one to heat my daughter's meals, which we really appreciated.A couple of things I wish I had known before booking: access requires walking down a flight of stairs and you cannot park directly in the driveway. Traveling with a child with special needs and limited mobility, this would have affected my decision to book, so I think it's important for future guests with accessibility concerns to know beforehand.The sound from upstairs also carries quite a bit, especially in the mornings with young children and a dog. However, Heather thoughtfully provides a white-noise machine, which we discovered on our second day and found very helpful.Overall, Heather has been an excellent and considerate host. The accessibility and noise are worth knowing about when deciding if the property fits your needs, but her attentiveness and hospitality have been wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Heathers as a family of four, kids ages 3 & 8. The space was excellent, rooms were very large. The second bedroom had a daybed, which was great to split the kids up, while still having them in the same room. The master had a lovely king that was very comfortable. The hosts were nice enough to accommodate our vehicle in their driveway, which is not what the listing said, so we appreciated the above and beyond for our convenience. The location was also amazing as the ravines and Forrest running around the neighbourhood had great trails for exploring. During the day, you could hear Heather and her family upstairs, but the sound didn’t bother us, we expected this as it was listed in the advertisement to begin with, and it was during regular waking hours. Heather was super responsive and had the place really nicely set up for our kids with extra toys, toiletries in case we forgot anything, a pack and play and a highchair all set up and ready to go for for us. We would definitely recommend enjoying Heathers place as a retreat from the city but still in proximity to the attractions Vancouver and the North Shore have to offer.

We live upstairs and have two toddlers and a dog so there is some noise from time to time given our circumstances as a family. Please note too that we have a pet dog named Clementine who shares the backyard.

Please note that the the suite is also accessible by a path alongside the house that has stairs.
