Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy and we have two 🐶 A $250 flat pet fee applies per stay and must be declared before arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in a charge through the Resolution Center.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

As per provincial policy for short-term rentals in British Columbia, property owners are permitted to operate short-term rentals as long as they reside on the property. Overall cleanliness was great but many of the kitchen utensils and cooking equipment were visibly dirty and we had to wash by hand before using. The beds were all very hard and the noise from the dogs running around upstairs was quite disturbing. It was great that a car park was provided. Loved 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Great location.

Regarding the kitchen items, there is a full dishwasher in the unit for guest use. If anything was unclear, we are always happy to help during your stay. A quick message is all it takes and we can walk you through it right away. The mattresses were selected to suit the comfort needs of the majority of guests. We understand firmness is a personal preference, but they work well for most visitors. As noted clearly in our listing description, there are dogs living on the property. We always recommend guests review all details carefully before booking to ensure the home is a good fit for their expectations. Property was as described. Quiet mature area, the hosts were easy to reach and help out. The unit is located directly under the hosts residence the soundproofing isnt great so if you are a light sleeper you will likely hear them walking around.

First of all the owners live up stairs and have two dogs that were constantly barking and running around.So not peaceful and actually woke us up a few times. The barbeque was charcoal and gross and missing a grill so we could not cook on it.There was a huge pile of garbage under the carport, right beside our door. There were a few tiny cookie sheets covered in rust so we couldn't use the oven.There was construction going on in the neighborhood which made the house very difficult to access. The sitting area out front was unusable as they didn't cut the grass.Overall a pretty poor experience.Would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Hi Dave, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. The road construction in the neighborhood was a City project. We were notified only two days before your arrival and had no control over it. We live upstairs, and our listing clearly discloses that the property is owner-occupied and that we have two dogs. During your stay, there was ***heavy and frequent marijuana use,***along with loud drinking, coughing, and laughter***on the patio late into the evening. Because we have a young child, we avoided using our own upstairs balcony and kept our balcony doors and windows closed during the warm weather to minimize the impact on our family. The BBQ is a charcoal BBQ, as described in the listing. One of the cooking grates had been moved by a previous guest. We found it afterward and reinstalled it. Had you let us know during your stay, we would have resolved it immediately. The rusty trays you referred to were stored under the sink with the cleaning supplies and are for housekeeping use only, not for guest cooking. All cookware and baking trays are stored in the kitchen cabinets and drawers above the sink. The outdoor seating area is on a raised patio and remained fully usable. Although the adjacent grass had not yet been mowed, it did not affect the seating area. The garbage was not beside your entrance. It was next to our vehicle under the carport and was largely hidden from view. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can address any concerns immediately. We’re committed to providing a positive experience for our guests and wish you all the best in your future travels.
