This tranquil retreat offers breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful setting, perfect for families or friends seeking a coastal getaway. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring a cozy game room and a private yard with porches to enjoy the salty breeze. Guests can immerse themselves in the natural surroundings while still enjoying modern conveniences.

IMPORTANT:
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.
No Smoking.
Pets or Events are NOT permitted on the Property.

What a gem! This property has one of the most amazing views I've ever encountered! It's a lovely, charming home, perfect for a family weekend away. Could have stayed in the house looking out all day, but with easy access, 10 minutes from all of the shops and restaurants of Boothbay Harbor. Would come back in a second.

The views were beautiful from the house and deck. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Enjoyed Boothbay and the shops.

Beautiful location over the water - the views and the sound of the ocean are just - yes. Enjoyed climbing down onto the rocks also - great for sunbathing and hanging out. Nice street for walking. Close to town. Sleeping with the windows open.

A beautiful property with even more beautiful views

Stayed here over the July 4 weekend and it was absolutely stunning. It's in a wonderful location and the views every morning are breathtaking.
