Welcome to your getaway at The Nellie, a 3-bedroom, 3-bath downstairs Duplex, conveniently located on South Island on Fort Myers Beach. This spacious duplex offers family or friends enjoyable space. The backyard living area boasts a large tiki hut to gather under, and a new saltwater pool with a sun shelf and stone paver deck. Enjoy watching the kiddos swim in the pool while you sit back and relax in this amazing backyard, one of your favorite places to hang out. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. You will find a master king bed with an attached walk-in shower bathroom with a washer and dryer in the bathroom and a queen guest bedroom 1 with an attached walk-in shower bathroom and 2 queen beds in guest bedroom 2. You can sleep 8 comfortably. Don’t forget to bring your fishing gear if you like to fish because you can walk right outside to catch something for dinner. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. Be sure to read our listing descriptions carefully to choose the vacation location. We're excited to welcome you back.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.

Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation.

We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
