Accommodating up to 16 guests, Guadalupe Lodge invites you to unwind in style, with luxurious amenities, unparalleled river views from every room, and spaces designed for relaxation and fun. Whether you’re enjoying the expansive 56-foot covered deck, gathering around the private firepit (complete with endless firewood and S'mores sticks), or wading into the river via a beach-like entry, every moment here is a memory waiting to be made.

The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like oasis, featuring a double vanity, an oversized walk-in shower with three showerheads, and convenient bench seating.
Venture upstairs to discover even more inviting accommodations. Bedroom 2 offers a cozy yet spacious layout with a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet, all with views of the river. Bedroom 3 features both a queen bed and a full-size bed, allowing flexibility for families or groups, and showcases stunning views of the Guadalupe River. The open-concept bunkroom is a fun, communal space with a full-over-full bunk bed and twin bunks, perfect for kids or groups seeking a shared experience. All upstairs rooms share access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, double sinks, and thoughtful amenities like high-quality linens.

***Please note, guests do not have access to the kayaks.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (16 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 8 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)

-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom
-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
