Great clean house, slept our family perfectly. Water front area was lovely and we really enjoyed the lily pad for hanging out in the lake. Great location to Geronimo Oaks Wedding Venue and New Braunfels. Fully fenced yard great for the dogs. Host quickly answered questions.

Great get away for our family

My kids loved the slide! We also had great luck fishing. Catfish, blue gill and a bass. Saw a beaver swim by one evening too. Our 2 dogs loved the water and there was plenty of yard for them to enjoy as well. We would return.

Perfect for a birthday party!

We absolutely had a blast at this rental! Lake Dunlap was an absolute blast. We loved being able to have our friends and family over to celebrate my husbands 40th and FIL 69. We were able to grill, swim, hangout and just enjoy every inch of this property rental. We received so many compliments and now have two friends booking for events this summer! We are new Braunfels natives but wanted something private and new the water. And this was perfect!!! We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent time at this lake property. We had ten total between our 2 families, and the house fit us all, easily. Honestly we spent the majority of our time outdoors around the lake. The kids enjoyed every minute of time on the slides, kayaks, and paddleboard. Adults were able to easily supervise while we cooked with the convenient outdoor kitchen and perfect shaded space. The accomodations and amenities were excellent with plenty of towels and cookware. It was also in great location close to everywhere we need to go in New Braunfels. We loved our stay!
