Cosy cottage by the bay. Close to beach, Provincia cafe and deli, chemist warehouse, Pizza/fish n chips by the Bay, Martha Cove Marina. 2 min walk to Boat ramp and plenty off-street parking for Cars, Jet ski's, Boats, Paddle Boards.

Air con and heating, fully fenced, lots of shade room for pets and kids to play. BBQ and outdoor table and chair area. Outdoor Dog shower.

WIFI - Separate office setup to work from home.

Renovated kitchen with stove, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine, fridge etc.
Smart TV, board games and a billiard table for non stop fun and entertainment. Billiard room is separate to the living room and has a daybed.

Stunning views of the bay at the end of the street.

Close to Dromana, Arthurs Seat, Red Hill and the rest of the Peninsula to explore.

We had a lovely stay, with our teenagers and puppy! The house is old, but clean and very generous provisions like shampoo, toilet paper, washing powder, etc. We worked some days and the wifi is excellent. The location to Safety Beach (end of the street) was amazing and we would definitely stay again.

The property met our expectations. Pleasant, clean, pet friendly, kitchen well supplied with utensils etc.Pleasant garden, however as a corner block the dogs sometimes reacted to traffic.Overall recommended for us a group of adults and two dogs

Pets paradise and beach beautiful. Hosts were lovely people. Clean house but old but had what you needed. If you are looking for an updated modern house go somewhere else. But it’s ideal for those wanting beach close by and backyard for fur babies and being able to relax. Hosts are kind and clean and were generous with little luxuries and thought of everything. We did take our own fan and dog beds. Can’t comment on accommodation for family with children. Things are old but we were happy met our expectations and enjoyed.

Property was dirty outside, with some rubbish around. Security doors were broken, and my dog got under the house (not dog proof). The whole place could have done with a tidy up and removal of broken blinds, leaves, junk, rubbish etc. We stayed about an hour then decided to find somewhere else. Full refund was issued promptly

Great location...close to beach and food store/cafe. House was roomy with everything we needed. Loved all the extras with a welcome card, biccies, tea, coffee, milk and cupboards stacked with pantry essentials. Appreciated the super warm heater with unseasonally cold November weather. Our fur baby had lots of fun too!

Excellent stay!!!! The place had so many rooms, spacious, functional and very comfortable. The pool table was a hit for us all and so was Ker-Plunk !!! Hehehe.You catered for everyone and we even noticed the small details was so thoughtful ie: spare totem tennis ball, the pocket tissue pack. We would highly recommend your stayz property and we will definitely come again. CheersPG Family

Oldie but a goody

The property is located 4minutes walk to the beach and suited us perfectly near the sailing club. A great backyard for relaxing and great front yard for boats and cars. The two bathrooms were excellent with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The host left clear instructions to find the place and use all equipment and appliances. We could not fault the weekend.
