Bright, spacious fully self-contained 2 bedroom apartment. Private fenced garden & deck area.
Dogs welcome inside - Please notify us they’re coming.

Full kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, spacious living room. Deck with BBQ, awning & distant bay views. Please be aware there is no laundry.
The perfect base to relax, explore the Peninsula or work in peace. Shared driveway
Mornington Peninsula Explorer has evaporative cooling and ducted heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including coffee pod machine for your convenience. A large smart TV plus good old fashioned DVD player - to play one of the 100+ DVDs supplied. Depending on your needs there are games for young and old. If holidaying as a family there is a cupboard full of dress ups, Mr Potato Heads, cars, trains, dolls, games, books and toys. There are also plenty of adult board games and cards, chips and puzzles.

Mount Martha Golf Course is just around the corner, as is the Mount Martha Park with bush walk and look out. Mount Martha beach/town is a 5 minute drive away or 30 minute walk (very steep up hill on the way back). A car is a must for your travels. Mt Martha Pillars, The Briars and Estuary Walk are all a 5 minute drive and there are dozens of wineries within 10-20 minutes. It's a 15 minutes drive to Dromana Triple Drive Ins, 20 minutes to Arthur's Seat Eagle Skylift, The Enchanted Adventure Garden with treetop zip lining and famous mazes. The Peninsula Hot Springs is 25 minutes away where you can enjoy dozens of hot springs, massages, dinner, lunch etc. There are a couple of family friendly hotels with playgrounds within 10-15 minute drive and a multitude of restaurants and cafe's within a 5-15 minute drive.

Great location, close to an event that my friend I attended. Nice quiet area, homely feel and comfortable, very clean & fresh. Everything we needed plus more, host is fantastic, great communication and very accomodating. Thankyou Tracy, highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Sorry we left the doggie bag as we couldn’t find the outside bin, also we tried to get the heater working but couldn’t, it was all good as it wasn’t that cold so it was ok, we looked for a pair of scissors but couldn’t find any, we enjoyed staying there as it was very accommodating and will definitely come back, thank you very much, we also loved that you didn’t paint over the picture in the bedroom it’s a beautiful story.

The stay at Mornington was excellent with such a beautiful view and the garden was a delight. Communication was fluid and easy. The home was cos and comfortable with everything we needed. Will definitely be back .

Lovely property with everything you could want, in a quiet location, beautiful view from the deck, easy off street parking with a wide driveway as its shared. Tracy wa a great host and even has a video to show you the entrance and entry code when you arrive. Garden was great for the dogs amongst the flowering cherry trees. Would love to come again. Lisa, Val Daisy and Bindi.

Weekend in Mt Martha

We had a fantastic weekend away in Mt Martha, beautiful location and lovely pet friendly accommodation.It was a delightful weekend away.Host Tracy was great, wish we had stayed longer!Definitely would recommend the Mt Martha Delight apartment.

Cozy peaceful staying with seaview and garden

My family including my dog enjoyed 5 nights stay in Mount Matha. Clean, neat and bright sun light. Feeling like home. Loved to see the sea with beatiful sunset and sunrise. My dog also love playing in the garden. Thanks for Tracy's warm welcome and care.

Great weekend away with our dog

My husband and I went away for the weekend and took our dog. The 2 bedroom property ticked all the boxes for us. It was light, spacious and modern accommodation with a lovely deck to the side. The property was also fully fenced for our dog. The owners provided water bowls and treats for us and our dog. Such great attention to detail. The owners were very welcoming and we recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing and relaxing stay

Beautiful and clean house with friendly owners. Great and peaceful location yet close enough to beach and attractions by car. Felt at home and relaxed. Loved the back deck and all the toys and activities for kids. Also the bay views were lovely. Look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at Tracy’s for a winery tour weekend. The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s really spacious, spotlessly clean and well equiped with everything you need. Perfect for friends, couples or a family exploring the area. We’ll be back for sure.

Nice location great views

Nice people as hosts, very friendly and accommodating. The property is well equipped and the sunshine even in winter a real joy and good for the soul. Very peaceful!
