草と舗装のある北向きの裏庭。 屋外の設定、新しいウェーバースタイルのバーベキュー、ビーチを散歩した後の屋外シャワー（加熱されていない）。

涼しい月の居心地の良いwood。 3つのベッドルームがあり、2つは真新しいクイーンベッド/豪華なマットレス、1つはシングルベッド2つです。 すべてのリネンとタオルは提供します

Great short stay close to beach

Great communicate with host. Easy access to house. Yard fantastic for two small dogs. Short walk to the beach. Had a wonderful few days.

Lovely getaway

A sweet little beach cottage with all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Everything is so easy and a great location to take little trips to beaches or other local attractions.

Great Property for a Break Away

This property has everything you need, is comfortable and bright, and well-located in the Rye area. Walking distance to the beach was a real bonus. We loved our stay and look forward to returning. Thanks Michelle!

A lovely Pet Friendly propt

Sometimes when you are travelling with a dog, accommodation can be a bit rundown. This is a simple house but it is clean and ‘refreshed’. It has a well fenced yard for dogs and plenty of room for them to run around. Michelle is a responsive and generous host.

Rye Cottage

Lovely cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, walking distance to the beach, quiet location and central to tourist spots. House had all your needs. Michelle - our host - was great, great communication, nothing more as to much trouble.

Everything we needed

A really comfortable stay. Michelle has provided everything needed. The beds are comfy. The proximity to beach, shops and backbeach is all within walking distance. A truly quiet location too Thanks Michelle.

Relaxing stay in Rye

We had a lovely week on Mornington Peninsula, staying at this property. The house met all our expectations and Michelle was easy to deal with. It was a great location .... walking distance to Blairgowie and an easy drive to Sorrento, Portsea and Rye. The house had all the basics - no need to rush out and buy teabags or toilet paper. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Perfect few days away

Hawaii Sands is a beautifully kept house not too far from the beach, the local cafe's and IGA. This was our first holiday with our Cavoodle pup, so the fully enclosed property was perfect. Our host, Michelle, was lovely and was always there if we needed any help.

Relaxing stay

A perfect house with the most perfect yard for my furry family members. House was clean, homey, and even had some chocolate for us there. Bed was comfy, tv was easy to use. Michelle was a great host and always answered in a timely manner. 100% would go back and stay again. My dogs loved being in the yard and I felt safe knowing they couldn’t escape.

A wonderful stay and a beautiful host!

Michelle was the perfect host from start to finish of our stay. A safe secure yard for our fur baby, comfortable furnishings and beds, and a lovely modern kitchen to cook up a holiday meal for the family. This lovely family friendly home is an easy stroll to the beach and down to our favourite cafes and shops at Blairgowrie. Thank you again Michelle, we can't wait to come and stay again very soon!

Perfect weekend getaway

This is a fantastic property with a huge fully fenced backyard that my dog absolutely loved running around. Nice quiet area set away from the main roads. House was perfectly suited to 3 adults who all wanted their own beds. Really appreciated having linens included as well. House was very clean and well equipped. Michelle gave fantastic check in information and graciously offered a late checkout out as well

Perfect little getaway

Relaxing Short Stay with Fur Baby

Fantastic place to relax and unwind. Great fenced off property for our little dog. Michelle is a great host, very attentive and easy to communicate with. Location is great, the house is very clean, has comfy beds, couches, big TV with Foxtel is enjoyable and kitchen is well equipped. It is cosy, inside and out — we definitely love the nice sized, relaxing, secure backyard for our ageing little dog. It was mostly quiet and that's what we especially wanted! Thank you Michelle for the welcome treats & for providing a great little escape for us! :-) Highly recommended!!!

I love our house because it is fully renovated, light , bright and a 600 metre easy walk to the beautiful front beach that is dog friendly and very peaceful and quiet most of the year. Our house is in a quiet court location. I love the Blairgowrie cafes and restaurants that are only a 15 minute walk for coffee in the morning or dinner at night. The back yard is flat/grassed and large enough for kids cricket and great for BBQ,s too. Fully fenced to keep our cavoodle safe.
