Our well-loved lakefront home is a private retreat just a scenic 15-minute drive from downtown Nelson, BC. Enjoy your own exclusive beach and waterfront, complete with a private dock, perfect for relaxed summer days on the lake. The home sits in a peaceful, serene setting with breathtaking views of Kootenay Lake and the surrounding mountains. The house is one level, 3 bedroom, and 2 1/2 bathrooms, with large deck and additional covered porch.
Highway 3A runs conveniently along the front of the property with direct driveway access. Nelson is an easy 15 minutes away, and Whitewater Ski Resort is about a 40-minute drive.
