Cute older beach house. Clean, comfortable. Steps away from the beach made this stay fantastic. On the down side- the deck is in unsafe condition as the planks are buckling and causes major tripping hazard. Outside furniture is really rusted and one chair fell apart when sat in. There was an end table put in the kitchen ( no sure why as it clearly did not belong in kitchen) made sitting at the table tight.

Thanks for your review! We have corrected these issues. The grass is cut on a regular basis, weather permitting. Deck boards have been checked and repaired as necessary. The home, including the bathroom, are older as the house was constructed in 1950. Most people do understand how to make the water “warm” by using a bit of cold water mixed with a bit of hot. Thank you for the comments so that we can make our home better and better in spite of it’s advanced age.
