We do indicate on the advertisement on the property that this brand new neighborhood does have active construction. Fortunately, we are coming to the end of construction. Of the eight properties in the community, six are now complete. Another should wrap up construction by mid-June. Then only the home at the entrance needs to be completed. The developer has told us that they make every effort to minimize the need for contractors to park their vehicles near driveways. Soon it will no longer be an issue. The home is under 1/2 mile to the Inlet Beach Regional Access – the largest public beach access point in Walton County. It features 117 parking spaces, three dune walkovers, ample restroom facilities, lifeguards on duty and ADA compliant beach access via the center walkover. If you want to get over to the water quickly, you can pop in your car and drive over. If you feel like walking, you can do that too. You do have to cross over a four lane road (US Highway 98), but there is a crosswalk. A half a mile to the west is a light for US Highway 98 and 30A. Two miles to the east is a light for US Highway 98 and Front Beach Road. These two lights tend to break up traffic enough that folks do not have to wait too long to be able to cross.
