We had a great vacation! The house was everything that we needed for our family. We loved having separate living spaces for family to spread out. Some of the amenities, like the bikes are showing their age, but not a deal breaker. Alice was so kind to refund us the cost of renting a bike due to theirs having a flat tire. Alice was an amazing host, great communicator and was so responsive to all of our questions. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Seacrest!

We were there for my daughter’s bachelorette trip. The house was perfect for the eight of us. Loved the layout. Easy access to the beach with the tram but also a very quick walk. Just beware that if you go during a busy time the amount of beach that you have access to with your own beach chairs and umbrella is VERY limited.

“She’s the One” is centrally located/walkable to the pool, beach, restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The house had all the amenities for a weeks stay. Alice very responsive to our needs.

Property is beautiful & photos are accurate. It was a great house and laid out great! Separate tv area for our teenage kids but still close & connected. Beds were very comfortable and you can’t beat the location! Property manager was easy to reach & quick to respond. Would definitely book again!

Great property! Amazing layout for our group with plenty of room for teenagers to hang out separately from adults. Well decorated and furnished. Owner was quick to respond to small issue with bike and find a workaround. Would definitely stay here again,
