Quiet, private Cosy Cabin with en-suite. Access to bike paths, river and pub.
Quiet and private new cabin with en-suite. Simply Amazing views. Walk to the river for a swim or to the local Puketapu pub or winery for dinner. Shed 530 Winery is a short walk away. Cycle paths run right past the property. Safe and secure. Ideal for a couple or individual looking for peace and quiet. We have installed clear Bistro Blinds around the deck to protect the deck if it gets windy or rains. These can be rolled up easily. Insect screens are on windows so you can get plenty of airflow. There is a small BBQ on the deck with a kettle to make hot drinks.

We had this lovely little cabin built for family visitors and the family told us that it is just too good not to share. We have travelled extensively and love motorhome trips especially.
Why they chose this property
The cabin is lovely, safe, secluded and quiet. We have lived in our home for 5 years. The Puketapu Pub and Shed 530 winery are walking distance away. You can cycle to Napier or Hastings on cycle paths without having to go on the road. At the bottom of our hill is the Tutaekuri River which is perfect for swimming in the summer.
What makes this property unique
Peace and quiet. Plenty of easy access vehicle parking. Space to safely leave bikes (or charge them). Access to Bike paths. EV charging is available free if you need it.
