PET FRIENDLY 2ND FLR DUNES CONDO!

Thank you for the 5-star review and for choosing Best Beach Getaways. Glad you loved your stay at the Dunes and enjoyed the low crowds and plenty of beach. Happy the condo was perfect for your family of five with plenty of space and amenities. Great to hear the location worked well—close enough for a golf cart ride to dinner and that Finn’s across the street was a hit. We hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway. Team BBG

Thank you! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and loved the Dunes of Panama. We appreciate your feedback about the bedding and will keep it in mind for future updates. We’d love to welcome you back soon!

Thanks for the feedback — glad the location worked for you. I’m sorry the stay fell short in several areas. - Master bed: that’s unacceptable. We’ve scheduled an inspection of the mattress and bed frame and will replace them if they don’t meet our comfort and safety standards. - Dryer gasket: housekeeping/maintenance will deep-clean and disinfect the rubber seal and inspect the appliance; we’ll replace the gasket if needed. - Floors: we’ve notified housekeeping and scheduled a professional deep clean of the unit, plus a review of our cleaning checklist and staff retraining to prevent this happening again. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention — your notes help us prioritize fixes. Team BBG
