The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is the only camera active while guests are in the residence, and it records video when motion is detected

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping, and beaches all nearby. The house was spacious and gave us plenty of room to relax. We were even able to host a cookout and invite family from Centerville and Hyannis, which made the trip extra special. We would definitely consider renting again next summer!

The property itself was fine however we found some issues inside. The backdoor handle was about to fall off so i tightened it, the towel rod in the upstairs bath fell off the first day so i repaired it, the kitchen sink faucet will spray you with a hard fine mist when you turn it on, but the worst thing was we had to wash every dish, silverware and utensil before using, all was put up dirty. Also aThe outside shower was inoperable.

Family getaway

The property was as we expected. It was clean and functional. A nice quiet neighborhood and yard. It included a beach pass which was unexpected and wonderful. Close to grocery stores and Planet Fitness! Communication was very good although we didn’t need to communicate much. The guest book was clear and helpful. A few negatives…the queen bed downstairs was very very uncomfortable and pitched into the center, the yard was full of poison ivy and my son now has a TERRIBLE case of it, the kitchen sink sprayed you when you turned it on and your shirt would get wet when doing dishes, the outside shower was not hooked up even though it was included in the listing, and route 28 was very difficult to deal with, to go anywhere you had to deal with getting through backed up traffic.

Amazing house in amazing, quiet neighborhood!

The house was beautiful and cute and quite comfortable. I couldn't believe we got to stay there! The backyard was lovely and safe for kids to run around in. The house came with toys, games and beach towels - amazing! There was also a grill on the porch available to use but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it, but it's such a nice option. Also would have loved to take advantage of the large backyard porch which was very nice. Upstairs beds (3) were quite comfortable but the downstairs bed was a little rough. Also, the welcome book said there was Netflix access, but when we tried it didn't seem to be logged in. It was fine, because we weren't really there to watch TV. Clean house in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, very homey! They even had a beach parking pass for us to use at local beaches which was so helpful. I had to ask a few questions to Evolve/the local contact before our stay, and they were very responsive and quick to get back to me. Super easy check in/out process. I sincerely hope to stay here again in the future!

Property met our expectation. We vacation down the cape through out the summer and will consider renting again.
