Nice, with large comfortable main bedrm and bath, well equipped kitchen and large shaded deck. Lacks curb appeal though as no grass in front and limited landscaping.

Cotuit Family Retreat

The property was fantastic for our needs. Spacious bedrooms, multiple full bathrooms, quality interior, beach pass and stocked with everything you could need. Excellent communication from the owners. Would definitely go back.

Great house in a central location

This home was very nice; newly renovated and very spacious! It was close to many places on the Cape, and in a very quaint town if you like that. Not may places open at night, but a very nice neighborhood. We used the garage for our bikes and the outdoor shower to rinse off - nice touch!

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time here! It truly felt like a second home as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms, bed, kitchen, and all amenities were perfect for us and very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and available when we had questions. She shared lots of kid friendly things to do around the area when we asked, too. We felt extremely lucky to have found this place very last minute and could not have planned it better if we tried. Looking forward to visiting again!

This propery is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a truly enjoyable vacation. Things have been updated since the photos were taken, so the picutres dont' do the property justice. We had everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, comfortable beds, great outdoor space, lots of room inside to move around or be together - we are looking forward to coming back next year!

Santuit Road Ranch in the village of Cotuit

We were fortunate to stay at this lovely ranch in August 2016. Christie the owner was wonderful to deal with and was always prompt in answering our questions. The home is clean comfortable and spacious and had every amenity. A bonus was the lovely private deck with comfortable large couch and the new outdoor shower. We give this rental our highest recommendation!

Charming owners and charming property

The owners were extremely friendly and had tons of information available for us. They were also thoughtful enough to provide us a transferable Craigsville beach parking permit that ended up saving us both time and parking fees. Their home is sunny, spacious and has a great kitchen. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cozy, Comfy, Clean & Classy

Let me just start by saying how wonderful Val & Christi are at greeting vacationers. Down to Earth, kind-hearted! Walking in the door was a comforting feeling as if you were at your own home. They had everything you could possibly need or want on your vacation "home away" from home. Val & Christi also took the time to make up a Vacationers Guide Book to help you with your choice of fun for all. I would definitely recommend staying at their place. Also, the beach is less than a mile away. I walked downtown every night to the dock to view the boats in the bay. I could go on and on about cute Cotuit Bay. Check it out for yourself you will not regret it! Danielle from MA

My husband and I have two sons, 22 and 19. We always enjoy spending time together as a family unit whether it's traveling, going to the movies and exploring museums. We are both close to our extended families and spend time with grandparents and siblings and their children!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I grew up spending my summers on Cape Cod and have always wanted to give my children the same experience. My husband and I started seriously looking at properties and fell in love with this one! We closed and spent the winter making renovations - brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new flooring throughout, renovated bathroom and updated with paint and more modern decor.

You will simply fall in love with this house! It's so warm, inviting and relaxing!

Home is in a quaint Cotuit neighborhood with many amenities, such as Central AC, large spacious living room and kitchen along with a sunroom, two full bathrooms, large HDTV, WiFi, washer/dryer, large deck and outdoor shower. Plus a one car garage.
