This spacious suite is a great option for business travelers, students and families.New Queen bed in master bedroom, twin bed in 2nd room. Easy access to Hwy 1, Abbotsford International Airport, USA Border and is just minutes from walking trails, Ledgeview golf course and Castle Fun Park. Minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and Sevenoaks Mall. 20 mn drive to Cultus lake water parck.
The space
We welcome you to come stay in our bright, 1200 sqft spacious suite in a quiet and safe area of Ten Oaks.
This private suite has brand new comfortable & high quality queen bed and a brand new sofas to sit back and enjoy your favorite movies on Netflix, YouTube on brand new TV. Kitchen is fully furnished with all brand new cooking utensils, appliances, air fryer, dishes and cutlery. In unit washer/dryer for laundry.
Enjoy the fenced and secure great backyard for dining in the open air.
You will have access to the entire suite. private entry at the back of the property.

Check in was extremely easy and directions were very clear. The kitchen quite usable, I used the air fryer and microwave and coffee maker and toaster. The space was very spacious and comfortable. It felt very safe as it was in a great neighbourhood. The bed was very comfortable. I used all aspects of the rental and never had any problems. I was even able to do laundry. The other people in the house were very quiet, I slept well.

Very clean, spacious and new. Washroom as far from bedrooms and living area as you could get. Light on amenities, no face cloths although the towels seemed new. No shampoo or dish soap, we've always had small travel bottles supplied in the past. No thermostat, only on or off switch so really cold unless shut off and windows open.Used the app for directions which took us to Google maps and coordinates which were on the wrong street. After struggling to find the street address we were okay.
