Peaceful fishing Island paradise with boat lift

Our island getaway home is situated at the northwest end of Pine Island (off of FT Myers/ Cape Coral) in the community of Bokeelia FL. We are located on a canal which offers the perfect place to embark on your kayak adventures as well as a quick access to Charlotte Harbor, Cayo Costa State Park and Boca Grande Pass. This spacious 2 bedroom, two full bathroom house features a king size bed with an ensuite in the master bedroom, and 2 single beds in the guest room.
The lush backyard is fully landscaped, offering a serene space to sit and watch the resident manatees float by. If you are looking for an activity, there are bikes and two kayaks available. A few minutes paddle on the kayaks down the canal opens to a maze of mangroves to explore. Shallow waters in this area keep large boats from entering, making it a perfect place for fishing, exploring or just relaxing. Keep your boat on the covered boat lift while storing your trailer at the house as well. The community boat ramp is conveniently located a few blocks away.
The wraparound deck, located off both the living room and sunroom, includes an outdoor sitting area and propane grill. A fish cleaning station with running water located at the dock makes preparing your fresh days catch even easier.
