This home offers: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, custom kitchen, den, spacious family room and a screen patio area that you will never want to leave. Home features a dock so bring your boat. Outside shower is perfect when coming off the water after a long day of boating, swimming and fishing. Bring your RV too, because this home has an RV Pad with 50 AMP service. Home is GORGEOUS inside and boasts an extra large outdoor paved area. Located in Charlotte Shores Community - Bokeelia, on Pine Island with access to Open water and 45 minutes to Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key- Boaters Paradise! Pool added winter of 2024. New Dock with fishing

Very nice property. If you want quiet relaxation, this place is for you. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and great pool area to take a dip or watch TV. We especially enjoyed the canal behind the property. Would definitely stay again!

This house is clean and up to date! Bed was super comfy LOVED the pool and hang out area on the screened in back porch went paddle boarding and fishing from a kayak from the canal access in the back yard! We brought our dog and he enjoyed his vacation too this location is also a great relief from the busy hustle and bustle of Florida’s traffic You could come here for vacation and never even leave the house

Our stay was 2/21-28/26. Dina the host was extremely welcoming and informative on activities for the island. We had a great stay, the house was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back to Sonny Palms. It’s centrally located on the island and it truly is a piece of paradise If you are looking for a decompression vacation, look no further!!! EMC

Sunny Palms in Bokeelia

This was a nice house with the perfect setup for hanging out or for fishing. The dock was nice and easy access to the fishing in the area. Pool was nice for the kids. Plenty of room for parking. Communication was easy with the property management. They were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Visiting friends

The property truly is stunning. Lots of privacy! Comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. Very nice, quiet pool area with great canal view. Mullets were jumping in the water. The location is perfect for grabbing groceries and restaurants. Beautiful street. The host was available for any question and quick to respond. We highly recommend it

Relaxing getaway

The home was lovely. Pictures do not do it justice. All you need is groceries and you are set. Loved the kitchen and house layout. The pool was perfect. At night the lights were lovely. So private and relaxing. Enjoyed the water access for our kayak and fishing. We saw manatee and an otter in the morning while drinking coffee on the lanai. Pine Island is a friendly place. Great restaurants and fun vibes. The owners were very attentive and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thanks Wayne and Dina! our liking.

Great boating location

We enjoyed our time at the house and island. It’s a great base camp for boating in the area. If you have a deeper draft boat you’ll have to be cautious with the tides getting to the neighborhood. Bay boats, pontoons, and flats boats are no issue. Home wasn’t spotless but overall decent. Homeowners had decent communication. There is a boat parked in the backyard of the driveway. However, it was far enough back for us to park two trucks with 19 and 18 foot boats on the property. The pool is small but is really nice! The back yard is beautiful with many palms. The home is also stocked very well and had everything we needed for our trip. The oven was apparently broken by the previous tenants so we were unable to use it during our stay. The owners are working on currently fixing it.

Pine Island is known as “A drinking Village with a fishing problem.” Commercial fishing was the lifeblood of the community in years past. Now well known for its ecotourism, sport fishing, and palm tree and tropical fruit farms.
Its beautiful landscape with waterways and quant neighborhoods make it a true island vibe.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Recently renovated in 2021 and no damage from Ian due to the protection of the mangroves makes this house a safe bet even in rough weather. Also we have an automatic home generator just in case power is lost. We also added a pool in summer of 24. So this property offers everything you need!
