Welcome To Island Time! (The Mantra of Pine Island) a destination for numerous adventure seekers and lazy do nothing all day by the Pool seekers & home to what is a fact: Some of the Best Boating in the World! Not to mention the Tarpon Fishing Capital of the World! This is a 2 Bedroom Condo located in the desired living area of Bokeelia, Florida. 2 Full Baths and 1 half bath and laundry room, w/ Elegant Living Room and Dining Room and remodeled Kitchen areas with stone plank flooring throughout, and a back porch overlooking Port Charlotte Harbor. Also enjoy the private fishing pier on Charlotte Harbor that the HOA owns. A main gateway to the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy views of boaters as they make their daily adventurous treks across the waterway.
