The Space:
This cozy home offers three comfortable bedrooms, perfect for up to four guests (exceeding this number is not allowed). Inside, you'll find a King, Queen and King Single beds, with a well-appointed bathroom featuring both a shower and a bath, just across the hallway.

Convenience is at the heart of this home! Right next to the bathroom is a handy laundry area with a washing machine, making it easy to take care of your essentials. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked, ready for you to create delicious family meals.

Stay comfortable throughout the year with a heat pump that keeps the house warm in winter and cool in summer. Please kindly note that the fireplace is not available for use.

Step outside onto the deck and enjoy the view of the backyard ideal to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or evening drink.

For added convenience, there's a lockable shed for securely storing bikes or any gear you bring along.

Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10 pm.
There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto-released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide facecloths.
