1. Noise Restrictions
Noise must be kept to a minimum during quiet hours:
Monday to Saturday: Before 7:00 AM and after 10:00 PM
Sunday and Public Holidays: Before 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM
Loud music, construction work, and parties must comply with noise regulations.
2. Waste and Recycling
Household waste must be placed in the appropriate bins:
Green bin – garden waste
Yellow bin – recyclables (plastic, glass, cardboard, metals)
Red bin – general waste
Bins should only be placed outside for collection on designated days and brought back promptly.

3. Parking and Vehicles
Parking on nature strips (grassy areas between the road and footpath) is not allowed.

The guest must keep the properties clean and well-maintained.
Overgrown lawns, rubbish buildup, or neglected properties can result in fines.
