Very nice and quiet location. Far from any traffic. Small town about 10 minutes away with good restaurants. Was in town for UF game, excellent choice.

Weekend Trip

The property was very nice/peaceful. The host is excellent. We come back to this area for sports tournaments and I will always try to book here.

Wonderful guest experience

This was the best guest experience! The little house was fully stocked with snacks and toiletries and even had the essentials in case we forgot something. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was amazing. The house was cute and elegant. We have already booked our second stay!

The host was welcoming and accomodating. There were a few issues that arose during our stay that I addressed with the host directly and they were taken care of promptly. Everything was wonderful! The neighborhood was quiet with a country view.

Memorial Day Stay Near Gainesville

We had an incredible stay that was wonderful and peaceful. We had to go UF Shands for part of the Memorial Day Weekend, but it helped that we had an awesome retreat to stay at! It was just like pictures. There was plenty of room for us, our Mom, and the pup-pups. The place is enchanting and a perfectly situated! We were able to go the Hospital, the Shrine, relax at Manatee Springs, and even went down I-75 and took a tour at the Villages!!! What a wonderful Memorial Day! Thank you so much Charol (She sets up a beautiful house and has great communication)!!! God Bless you and Lots of Love and Hugs and MANY, MANY THANKS!!!!

When we arrived the television would not work. It had been disconnected. When we called Evolve, the young lady told us that Evolve does not like them calling the Property Manager or cleaning staff to help. So we figured it out. No big deal. The amount of dead bugs was a bit alarming. Either they had cleaned days before OR they came out the day before-but still finding so many dead cockroaches was a little off putting. Not as many live ones in the house. A few living in the curtains, so watch out when opening or closing them. Front load washer gasket was nasty-hadn't been cleaned in some time. We cleaned it so we could do a load of laundry. Lamp in bedroom had issues. AC stopped working in the main bedroom. We texted about it. Evolve told us to turn off the AC for awhile and try again. We did this twice. Did not help. Then Evolve texted us instructions of various things to troubleshoot the unit. It was our last night, trying to load the car, then watch a movie to relax. So we did not troubleshoot the unit for them. We won't stay there again and hopefully not end up at a vacation place managed by Evolve.

We were looking forward to our stay, but encountered several issues that impacted our experience. These included a few maintenance and safety concerns, such as a leaking propane tank (which was addressed), a non-working shower light, a clogged sink, an unsecured window, and some instability with furniture and bed supports.We also noticed pest activity inside the home, including insects near the dining area and in the bedroom, which made it difficult for us to feel fully comfortable during our stay.Although the host responded to one of the concerns, the overall situation led us to leave within 6 hours of our stay.We hope these items are addressed for future guests as it is a very beautiful property.
