Hale Moana is a Non-Smoking studio apartment nestled beneath two lovely shade trees with a 'treehouse' view. The studio is cooled by refreshing island trade winds and by the shade from our Monkeypod and Tamarind Trees.

This space has interior teak and bamboo furnishings which rest on a cool, quartzite slate tile floor. Private parking & entry to a 750+ square foot studio and lanai. The interior also has a vaulted ceiling with skylights and plenty of light throughout. Induction cooktop. Wifi - password provided.
Once settled in at Hale Moana, you will be a few delightfully sandy paces to beautiful Kailua Bay and Kalama Beach with views of Flat island, the Mokulua islands (Moku Nui and Moku Iki), outer islands (sometimes Molokai and Maui are visible in the distance) and wonderful sunrises too on our East facing, windward side of the island. Listen to the birds, ocean and breezes...

RENTAL DESCRIPTION/HOUSE RULES: Attached studio with private entrance and parking. No air conditioning, no breakfast provided, no maid service. On-site parking for one vehicle only. Hands-on owner lives on island/property. Our family lives in the main house. We have a three year old. There will be baby noise. (If you do not like kids or baby noises, this may not be the space for you).
Kailua Beach is approximately 200 yards from the property. No smoking in the rental or on the rental property. Maximum occupancy of the rental is two (2). No parties, events, or gatherings.
