Welcome to our Hidden Little Gem!

Relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of this suburban-style suite, conveniently located seven-minute drive from Maroochydore Plaza or 10 minutes to the beach.

Your stay will be enhanced by the short drive to the beach, parks, shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The suite is attached to the main house, with a separate entrance.
This purpose-built space is ground level with no steps and is quite unique offering you 2 rooms divided giving you access to the sofa or the bedroom.

For your convenience, there is an air fryer, an electric frying pan, and a sandwich maker. A full-size Whirlpool refrigerator-freezer (445 liters) and a smaller Westinghouse vertical freezer (86 liters) are also provided.

Featuring a deluxe queen bed with cotton sheets, ensuite bathroom, provided with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.
There is an induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea & coffee making facility, Nespresso machine, hair dryer, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Breakfast will be provided on the first morning and will be prepared and left in the fridge for convenient.
This will include toast, fruit & yoghurt. Milk (lactose free low fat) will also be provided for tea and coffee.

Take out all rubbish and place it in the designated bins. Turn off all appliances, air conditioner and lights prior to leaving.
Please ensure all windows are closed and the front door is locked when you leave. Please lock entrance and leave key in the lock box and lock using code provided. Thank You
Ensure all items provided in the home remain on the premises. These have been accounted for, and missing items will incur a $40 per item fee plus the cost of replacement. Many thanks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Checkout is strictly by 10:00am. We have guests arriving shortly, so please leave on time. A late checkout fee of $40 per hour will be charged

A very comfortable semi-detached apartment in the suburbs at the foot of budrim mountain. Easy access to shipping, food and beaches. Mick and Denice are lovely and ready to help with any questions. A perfect choice.

North Buderim, Queensland, Australia offers a wonderful lifestyle due to its convenient access to parks, shops, and the beach, as well as its numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation. Shopping options include the Sunshine Plaza and Coles Shopping Centre, both a short drive away. For beach lovers, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba & Alexander Headland Beaches. They all have their own Surf Clubs and is a short bike ride away, and other pristine coastal beaches are less than ten minutes by car.
