Condo 76-3 El Dorado Ranch
Condo 76-3 is a beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the gated resort of El Dorado Ranch San Felipe, with 24-hour security. This 1,900 square foot condo features 3 bedrooms — two queen bedrooms on the first floor and a king master bedroom on the second floor.
The kitchen is located on the second floor with access to a patio. Guests enjoy access to the resort swimming pool. An on-site restaurant is available, with many more restaurants nearby.
A short drive north is the San Felipe Winery, and a short drive south is the San Felipe Brewery. The kitchen has the essentials to prepare home-cooked meals, and with grocery store options including Calimax and Bodega Aurrera, sourcing ingredients is easy.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (adults and children), strictly enforced by the resort. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra (internet, propane, electricity, and water). Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for race teams).
A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
