About the home
“Spacial Rend” is a fantastic family home with multiple entertainment areas in Cape Woolamai, just a comfortable 8 minute walk from the Cleeland Bight safe swimming beach and short drive from the Cape Woolamai surf beach, Forrest Caves, Phillip Island Chocolate Factory as well as the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cape Woolamai and San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Downstairs the central front entry provides access to Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 (both with BIR), a Bathroom (with shower, toilet & spa bath), a Laundry (with washing machine & direct access to the rear yard) opens into the large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 75" smart TV & Coonara-style wood heater) that flows out to the rear Pergola. Upstairs is an open plan Retreat (with Fuzbol table & chess table) that leads to Bedroom 3, 4 and 5 (each with BIR) and another Bathroom (with shower & Toilet).
Outdoor Areas
The rear covered Pergola (with gas BBQ, a 50" TV with Foxtel Hub & satellite FTA TV plus seating for up to 15 people) overlooks the fully enclosed backyard (with a firepit, basketball ring and outdoor shower) that is perfect for children. A newly installed electric-heated 6-seater Spa is perfect to really settle in and relax! The rear of the Garage has been converted into a fantastic Games Room (with pool table, table tennis, wall mounted 40" TV featuring a connected arcade system with 100s of arcade games built in, couch & bar fridge). There is parking for up to 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the carport and driveway.

Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Espressotoria pod coffee machine, Airfryer, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, gas oven and cook top. There is also a bar fridge in the Games Room.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are two wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners; one in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room and the other in the upstairs Retreat, ceiling fans in Bedrooms 1 and 2, plus five additional stand-alone heaters and three fans which can be used where required. There is also a Coonara-style wood heater in the downstairs Living Room and a firepit in the enclosed rear yard (some wood provided to get you started).
Bedding Configuration
This home has 7 beds, & 1 mattress, accommodating up to 13 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One Queen bed and One Single Mattress
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): One Double bed
Bedroom 5 (Upstairs): One Tri-bunk bed and one Single bed
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
