Welcome to Surf and Sand, a perfect beachside retreat! This neat 1 bedroom unit is just one block from the beach, offering the ideal coastal getaway. The space
The unit caters for 3-4 people.
It has one bedroom with a queen bed. There is plenty of space for storing clothes. You will find a ceiling fan and an extra pedestal fan.
The lounge room also has a double sofa bed which will comfortably sleep 1 person.
A washing machine and dryer is also provided in the accommodation.
Guest access
Guests have the whole unit to themselves.
There is also a pool and sauna available on the premises for shared use.
Other things to note
For rubbish removal, there is a bin room located in the basement - garage.
