Rooms.
There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom is situated on the entry level and opens out onto its own covered deck. The master features a walk-in robe and a main bathroom with bathtub and shower. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, both with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and built-in mirrored robes. A large shower room serves these two bedrooms.

Location.
The apartment is on the Marina side of the island and is just a short walk to all the restaurants and cafes on Front Street.

Pool.
Guests have access to the Heliconia Grove complex's shared pool.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
