Every room in this 1-bedroom apartment is immaculately maintained and cleaned. You can be sure to have a good sleep and work in tranquillity and stay cool/warm in any weather. The building is next to infinite parklands with cycling and walking pathways along the river. You can enjoy gorgeous views and sunsets and your morning coffee from the living room and the balcony.
There are plenty of 4-5 star restaurants in nearby Burwood and Campsie. The apartment is 20 minutes by car from the Sydney airport and 15 minutes from Olympic Park. The Sydney CBD is a 12 minute train ride from Burwood station.

I love travelling, so when I'm away, I leave my gorgeous apartment for you to enjoy! I'm an Arts and Culture/ Community Project Manager and have Latin American background. I have been hosting for 3 years now and loving it - I hope you enjoy my place as much as I do.

Campsie is a strategic location - 20 minutes by car from the Sydney CBD and has direct/ express public transport into the City and Western Sydney/ Olympic Park. My apartment is next to the Cooks River with cycling and walking pathways as well as plenty of parklands with plenty of native flora and fauna to discover - white cockatoos sometimes visit the light poles outside the building which is so special!
Campsie is also a great hub for Asian restaurants! Korean, Japanese, Malaysian, Vietnamese? 10 minutes away in Croydon Park and Belfield you'll find amazing Italian restaurants! and if you go West into Belmore, Lakemba and Bankstown, you'll find plenty of Middle Eastern delights!
We're also a 15-minute walk from Flower Power - a delight for plant lovers! with a cafe where you can have delicious breakfast and lunch.

My place is an immaculately maintained property that looks like new. The view from the living room/ kitchen and balcony is gorgeous and inspiring - plenty of trees and parklands. And you can walk along the river on the walking/ cycling pathway (keep to your left) which is always a relaxing and gorgeous activity specially at sunset!
