Relax and start enjoying your vacation in our 1500 sq. ft. luxury 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Sub-Penthouse condo with breathtaking ocean view in a quiet beach community. This comfortable and elegant vacation rental is located on a cliff 300ft above pristine oceanfront and was awarded Best Resort-Type Living Community in Puerto Rico. One of the many features that make this condo truly unique is its incredible ocean view and breathtaking sunsets you can enjoy from our spacious balcony. Diamond by-the-Sea is a secure gated community with a security guard at main entrance and two assigned parking spaces with remote controlled gated entry. Spend the day at Crashboat Beach 4 mins away soaking up the tropical sun and cooling off in the turquoise waters or lounging on the ultra-comfortable double-chaises at the infinity pool.

Our condo offers recreation and relaxation at one location. Whether you want to stay by the infinity pool in the morning, lie at the beach in the afternoon, sit on the deck at sunset; or, golf, surf, snorkel, scuba dive - it's all right at your doorstep.

Beautifully decorated and immaculate, our condo provides you and your guests with hours of comfort and relaxation while on vacation. Furnished in a wonderful modern tropical setting, it is fully air-conditioned and comfortably sleeps six (6) people. Our condo offers a spacious living area and fine dining room. The family room has a queen sofa bed, a 55' LG TV with Roku for streaming channels, DVD, Wireless Internet. It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A large private balcony.

Our spacious Master Suite features a King size bed, desk, walk-in closet, private modern bath and separate dressing area with vanity. Comfortable second bedroom has twin beds and mirrored closet doors. To make your stay more enjoyable we have a washer/dryer inside unit, large/small coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels. Linens and towels also provided.

After a long day at the beach or sightseeing just enjoy the well appointed amenities our condo has to offer. Puerta del Mar has two pools, one infinity pool with spa, second adult pool and a children’s pool and playground; outdoor bathrooms and showers, well maintained landscaped grounds; outside BBQ grill, gazebo/sundeck with viewing plaza overlooking the ocean with majestic sunsets.

A casino at nearby Marriott Hotel, scuba, snorkel, surf, paddle board and ski jet rentals, a fitness center, basketball courts, bowling, movie theatres, shopping malls, a skateboard park, wind surfing, horseback riding, Cave Park, waterfalls and even an ice skating rink are all nearby. Coast Guard Military Exchange is less than 10 minutes away. Many other attractions are within an hours drive.

Avoid the rush and crush of San Juan Int. Airport and fly Jet Blue, United, Frontier into Aguadilla Airport (BQN) just 10 minutes away; go from plane to pool in less than an hour. Come visit this beach paradise where no US passport is needed and US currency is used. Our fully furnished condo is like staying at a five-star resort and is far superior than staying in a hotel.

Absolutely AWESOME!!Where to begin?The view of the ocean from the balcony was phenomenal. We enjoyed it in the morning with coffee and in the evening with cocktails. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well equipped. We prepared many meals in the kitchen and it worked very well for our needs. We had family come in and use the second bedroom about a week during our month stay and the condo worked great for four people, no problems.The host had several coolers, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach toys, and other items that made going to the beach very enjoyable and care free. The pool was easy to get to, and very enjoyable with views of crash Boat Beach, lounge chairs and a barbecue area.The facility grounds were spotless, security was very present 24/7 and we felt very safe for the entire month.We had a few issues with the TV and we were able to communicate directly with the host and get it taken care of right away…great communication with the hosts.The condo and the Aguadilla area surpassed our vacation dreams and was a month in paradise. I would highly recommend this to other couples and small families to enjoy some time in paradise.

What a view!

This condo was amazing! Its extremely spacious and clean. Watching the sunset from the big balcony was mesmerizing and unforgettable. Its close to everything.....restaurants, Walgreens, supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches. Crashboat Beach is 5 minutes away and you can see it from the balcony. The water there was crystal clear. I highly recommend this place and i look forward to going back. Thank you Mr. Diamond!

The condo and complex were very beautiful and more than what we expected. Driving through the neighborhood to get to the complex was uncomfortable, and having no direct access to the beach was disappointing. But, we had a wonderful time, the view was amazing and we will definitely go again.

Beautiful Aguadilla Stay

I would stay here all over again. This place has all the comforts of home with an amazing vacation feel. Kitchen very well equipped, all we needed were the groceries. Air conditioning was a first for me in Aguadilla. I loved being able to sleep cool at night. Beach is down the street, easy to get to if you’re driving. The pool and ocean can be seen from the balcony, which made morning coffee so amazing. This place doesn’t disappoint. Hasta la próxima!

Amazing view and the perfect condo to go with it!

I just returned from a week's stay in Puerta del Mar in Aguadilla. Our unit had the BEST view you could ask for in all of Puerto Rico. The condo came equipped with everything necessary to cook at home and get through the week just as if we were in our own home. We had an issue with a toilet (a common one) and it was resolved with the homeowner in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the Aguadilla area.

As Heather stated we have the BEST view. Our unit directly overlooks the infinity pool. In our opinion, it is the best view in the Puerta del Mar complex as well as one of the best you will find anywhere.

Great family-friendly location!

We stayed here for a week with our family (3 kids under 9) and a few other families we know rented other units. Place was great! Well stocked, comfortable beds (actually has a king in the master, not a queen), coolers, towels, chairs, sand toys provided! Even had bug spray and aloe (thank goodness!) pool was great. Spent most of our days doing pool, beach, pool. Very convenient to several beaches and surf spots, and lots of good food. One thing to note when you come to this facility: they are strict on the pool rules. Make sure you read them! We were told not to move the chairs, not to sit on the wall, not to have a water bottle near the pool. Staff were very friendly, however, and just told us to mind the rules. Do the waterfall and bioluminescent bay-highly recommend!

Water Is Necessary

When you rent a place you need to be able to flush toilets and take showers when you desire. Luxurious is not quite a true definition based on us standards. We were there for 9 nights and no water for 5 of them. They are water rationing. To flush the toilets we had to either steal water from the pool or stock up water in buckets from a day we did have water. This was absolutely known by the owner and should have been told to us and we would not have stayed. Going to the beach? Better do it on a day you have water if you want a shower. We had 5 people using the toilets and 26 hours every other day without water was a nightmare.

We apologize to this renter for his inconvenience and his not enjoying his stay. This problem is area wide and not within our control. We were not aware of the problem when the reservation was made. In addition, we believed that the outages were periodic during the day and not day long until our guest informed us of the situation. We will offer this guest a steeply discounted rental if he decided he would like to rent from us in the future when the water situation is resolved. We are also making new reservations aware of the situation before they rent and/or arrive

Fascinating stay

The view from apartment valcony is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is fully equipped and all you need is buy some food at the supermarket and cook you own meal if you want to. It's very clean, master bedroom bed is very comfortable and counting with an umbrella and some beach articles is a +++ . We always stay in Aguadilla every time we go to PR and this time staying at Dymond by the Sea apartment make it more safe. Definitely we will come back sometime next year.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment in a great location.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The space was comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay, and is in a great location with easy access to Rincon, Isabel, and many other local attractions. Not to mention the festive and fun Crashboat Beach within view from the condo and only minutes away. The deck overlooking the pool was a great spot to relax and take in the view. Highly recommend this rental!
