The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a delicious seafood feast, with ample counter space for your culinary creations. Share meals together at the dining table that seats 6, or enjoy a quick breakfast at the counter that seats 3 before heading out for a day of fun.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, perfect for unwinding after exploring Fort Morgan's rich history. This bedroom has access to the balcony and there is an ensuite bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination.
The second bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed, with a full bathroom, complete with a tiled walk-in shower, conveniently located just a few steps down the hall.
Beach Club 1702A has a washer and dryer for keeping your beach towels fresh and Wi-Fi for sharing your vacation photos with friends and family. The Beach Club has so much to offer with so many things to do you will never want to leave. Right in front of your Beach Club Avalon building, enjoy a spacious outdoor swimming pool. Just to the north of the Avalon building is the entry to The Beach Club walking trail. This beautiful trail winds through the Cottages of Beach Club where you can spot all kinds of natural wildlife! Through the beautiful doors of the Clubhouse, you are greeted with the entrance to The Spa at The Beach Club where you can pamper yourself with every spa and salon treatment imaginable or relax with a variety of massage options. Upstairs, you will find Coast Restaurant which features fresh seafood dishes, amazing drink menus, and beautiful views when you choose to dine outside on the Clubhouse veranda.
For a family-fun dining atmosphere, enjoy some pizza or wings at The Village Hideaway and then play 9 holes at your dream golf course on the HD golf simulator, try your luck at a game of billiards, or enjoy the arcade games. Starting September 9, 2025, the Avalon Building (where this condo is located) will undergo construction through March 2026. Guests may experience noise, dust, walkway closures, and limited parking. Work occurs Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM.
The primary renter of this condo must be 25 years of age or older and be present during the duration of the stay. This is a non-smoking property, and no pets are permitted.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
