The unit is perfect for a short stay with a few people. Good location, 4 blocks from the Blue line. Nice unit. We did have trouble finding the entry door, however. It is not on the street, rather it is in the alley around the side. We tried to call the property manager but received no response. A local business owner told us where it was located.

Check-in was simple and was allowed early check in. Pull out couch was broken but not a big issue for 4 of us.A/C went out on the second day of a 4 night stay. I sent email to property manager the morning after night 3 and did not receive a response. Later in the day sent a follow up message through the VRBO app with no response as well. The property remained above 80 degrees the rest of our stay with no resolution. I will be seeking partial refund for the issues we had.

Great location, easy parking, mostly comfortable and quiet

Pros: location is great. You can walk to lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and street parking is really easy (and free!). The apartment is pretty quiet for being on a medium-busy street. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen has the items you would need for meals in. The dining room table is actually big enough to seat as many people as can stay in the apartment, which is often not the case in rentals! The wifi is fast.Cons: The sofa bed in the living room is so awful as to be basically unusable, which only matters if you're depending on that for an extra bed. Just as a sofa, it's fine. The apartment doesn't always feel super private as there are often people walking by the windows on both sides (but they do have blinds for privacy). They should include better check-in instructions as I had no idea I was supposed to go around the corner into the alleyway to access the door with the keypad. The lighting in the living area is super harsh--the addition of some lamps would be nice for more of a comfortable ambience after dark.All in all, I felt it was a great place for the cost!

Ok but not great.

No wifi for 24 hours. Kitchen sink leaked all over floor. Bed is a foam mattress on top of wooden slats. Directions for entry were incorrect.

Clean space, great location

We had a lovely time, the space was clean and neat and had all the amenities we needed. The location was awesome! We felt very safe and it was walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping and fitness studios. The subway was also just a few blocks away. Our contact was very flexible with our check in and out times due to our flights which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Chicago!
